WorkPerks is a unique rewards program available to all Temporary Staffing Associates and Consultants in all skill disciplines.
It is designed to thank our loyal, long-term associates for their ongoing relationship with Lloyd.

Here's how it works:
Redeem hours starting from January 1st through December 31st of each calendar year. There will be NO exceptions or carry-overs past December 31st!
Your Hours will appear on your pay stub:
These hours can be traded for one of these rewards:
- A Nationwide Gas Card
- A NYC Metro Card
- An Esteem Pass (Retail Gift Card Click HERE for more info)
There are three levels of gifts.
You must reach the amount of hours in order to request a gift.
500 hours = $25 Card
1,250 hours = $50 Card
1,600 hours = $75 Card
